Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st shift Monday to Friday Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our assembly functions by managing inventory IDs and quantities accurately, and preparing assembly job carts with precision. Responsibilities Kit out assembly job carts to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate inventory IDs and quantities. Assist in assembly functions to support production goals. Perform picking tasks to build orders efficiently. Organize, cycle count, and receive inventory with attention to detail. Utilize data entry skills and Excel spreadsheets for inventory management. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in picking parts to build orders. 3-5 years of experience in organizing, cycle counting, and receiving inventory. Proficiency in inventory control, picking, and cycle counts. Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Clean room experience is required. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our facility builds complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military robotics, microchips for medical applications, and custom machined components. You'll work in a clean room, climate-controlled environment with a team of 14-16 members. The position is for the first shift, running Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with optional overtime available. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
