Position Title - Student Assistant

Student Status - Work Study Optional You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Work Location - Springfield Campus

Department - Darr College of Agriculture Administration

Hiring Range - 15.00/hr.

Sponsorship Information - Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours - Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

How many hours per week are required? - 10-15

Description of Primary Duties - Primary duties would include answering the phone, making appointments, making photocopies, filing, working in Excel and Word, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications - Preferred applicants will have excellent work ethic and problem solving skills. Organization and computer skills are a must. Accounting skills are a plus.

Additional Qualifications - Need students who have the availability to work 2-3 of these days and time frames:

  • Monday 10 am 2:30 pm
  • Wednesday 10 am 12:30 pm
  • Thursday 10 am 1:00 pm or 1:00 to 5:00 pm
  • Friday 10 am 1:00 pm or 1:00 to 5:00 pm
