Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join hospital-employed team in Wichita Falls, Texas. Here, Internal Medicine is practiced the way it should be: with longitudinal relationships, protected physician time, and strong system resources that allow you to focus on complex adult care without burning out.
- Average of 10-14 patients per day
- 4.5-day work week
- Epic EMR
- Schedule Autonomy - you decide how your schedule is built and your volume
- Strong support to reduce clerical burden and keep you practicing medicine
(APP's, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, experienced practice managers) - A transition clinic that streamlines post-discharge care allowing you to build longitudinal management of complex patients instead of urgent follow-ups.
Hospital is a technologically advanced, independent, not-for-profit Level II Trauma Center ranked among the top 2% of hospitals in Texas.
Compensation & Benefits:
