Seasonal Shop Administrator

The purpose of this job is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams. Essential Functions (not all‑inclusive): Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner First line support for tracker for the repair shops Assist in preparing unbilled repair report Assist in updating repairs within tracker Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly Maintain file system of invoices Additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office Experience Pay Rate: $17 - $17.50/hr depending on location, background and experience.
