As a 100% employee-owned company, employees share in the long-term success we build together.With flexible ways of working and meaningful development opportunities, you’ll build a career you can be proud to stand behind.The OpportunityIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:Work with multi-discipline teams to develop design materials for project assignments Perform analysis, design calculations, design sketches, and preparing geotechnical design reports to meet project requirementsPerform, coordinate, and manage geotechnical field investigationsCoordinate, manage, observe, and document geotechnical construction activities such as grouting, ground improvement, deep foundations, retaining walls, etc.#LI-DM2Key ResponsibilitiesFocuses on the coordinating internal teams and resources while working to understand client’s interest and needsDevelop structural technical specifications, plans, and details for projects such as power generation facilities,substations, transmission lines, solar sites, dams, canals, flood control projects, municipal water, wastewater, andpipelinesPlanning, designing, and overseeing geotechnical aspects for projects both in the office and in the field.Be able to travel on field assignments as required. Field time is estimated at 20 and 40%.Preferred QualificationsExperience with geotechnical investigations, grouting, ground improvement, deep foundations, and retaining wallsPrefer Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with Emphasis in Geotechnical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.E.)
