About the Role:

As a Rehab Nurse at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized care that promotes optimal physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise will be leveraged to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, administer medications, and perform assessments to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, ostomy care, and other specialized treatments as needed

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans, incorporating input from patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical(LPN)
