About the Role World Market is a national specialty retailer seeking a Store Associate to provide customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and support store operations. Responsibilities Offer customer service and create memorable shopping experiences. Share product knowledge and help customers find items. Process in‑store and online checkout, as well as pick‑up purchases. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales floor replenishment standards. Assist with freight and truck unloading as needed. Contribute to a safe shopping environment. Qualifications Minimum age of 16 with ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate conversation. Can‑do attitude and commitment to collaborative culture. Retail experience a plus but not required. Compensation and Benefits $15.92–$16.42 hourly pay. Full‑time and part‑time associates eligible for company 401(k) after 3 months. Paid sick leave for all associates.
