About Our Client:

Our client is a healthcare organization seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to support high-volume clinical recruiting needs. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a recruiter with demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting licensed nursing professionals.

Job Description:

The Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing professionals, with a primary focus on recruiting LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare recruiting, experience engaging licensed clinical candidates, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and guide qualified candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses.
• Source and attract qualified nursing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified nursing professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely follow-up to candidates and hiring teams to support an efficient hiring process.
• Assist with offer coordination and other pre-employment steps as needed.
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting recruiting timelines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare or clinical recruiting.
• Required experience recruiting LPNs, RPNs, and Nurses.
• Experience sourcing and screening licensed healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruiting and clinical candidate requirements.
• Excellent communication and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting platforms.
