Job DescriptionADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager II. We give you the tools to succeed, with continuous opportunities to train and advance.In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closureCreate project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets and present to clients, advisors to review rolloutDirect day-to-day activities working with clients and sales to onboard new clientsEnsure milestones are successfully met through oversight of all implementation milestonesWork collaboratively with other departments impacting project.Lead communication with stakeholders such as clients, sales, advisors and team members through completion of the projectProvide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updatesDirect project timeliness Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issuesTailor processes to meet the needs of individual clientsManage a large book of clients in various stages of the implementation processQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Business AdministrationAt least three years of project management experienceJob RequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Direct experience working with clientsKnowledge of functional area and related company productsExcellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activitiesExcellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skillsExpertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and VisioCommitment to being accountable for resultsCapacity for building relationships both internally and externallyStrong focus on client serviceAbility to think independently and make decisionsStrong interpersonal skillsCollaborative approach to workCapacity to effectively manage a team#LI-HybridJob DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeSalaried: Salaried
