Senior Manager, AI Product Management

The Senior Manager, AI Product Management leads AI-powered product initiatives from discovery through delivery, operating at the intersection of AI capabilities, data, and user experience. This position does not support OPT STEM or H-1 Visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available. Responsibilities Own and evolve the AI product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs, operational realities, and measurable business outcomes. Lead end-to-end product execution for AI/ML and generative AI features—from discovery and experimentation through launch and post-release iteration. Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans and drive alignment across stakeholders. Partner with engineering teams to evaluate AI outputs, manage tradeoffs, and ship iteratively. Define and track KPIs for AI features, using experimentation and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Establish and maintain responsible AI practices in collaboration with legal, compliance, security, and engineering (bias/fairness, explainability, monitoring, regulatory requirements). Create an operating cadence for AI product work (planning, reviews, release readiness, retrospectives) and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders. Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior product managers. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives. 5+ years focused on AI, ML, or data-intensive products. 2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience building, coaching, and developing product talent. Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products (ML and/or generative AI) at scale. Strong product strategy skills, including prioritization, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences. Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data, experimentation design, and metrics. Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams. Customer-first mindset with strong accountability, collaboration, and decisiveness. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive clarity in complex problem spaces. Excellent customer orientation and communication skills. Even better if you have Experience with LLM- or generative-AI-powered experiences, preferred. Even better if you have Experience working in regulated industries and partnering with legal/compliance teams, preferred. Even better if you have Healthcare and/or logistics domain experience, preferred.
