West Des Moines, IA - Garden Center Sales Associate

Earl May Garden Center is looking for sales associates for our location in West Des Moines, Iowa. Part‑time employment may lead to a full‑time opportunity. The Ideal Candidate Will have high energy and a positive attitude have excellent interpersonal skills be a self‑starter have a strong work ethic have strong decision‑making and leadership skills be sales‑driven have previous experience working in a retail or service environment be able to lift 50 pounds be able to work variable hours/shifts have a valid driver’s license Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full‑time positions. Full‑time positions include competitive pay and benefits package. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance; a 401k plan, employee discount and paid time off.
