Job Title: Safety Advisor (Bilingual Preferred)
Pay: $27/hour

A leading commercial construction and interior/exterior finishing contractor is seeking a Safety Advisor to support and strengthen jobsite safety across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions
• Partner with field leadership to promote a proactive safety culture
• Investigate incidents and assist with reporting and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of safety programs and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction safety or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in active construction environments
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
