Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00 - 07:00, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced ICU RN with Level 1 Trauma and EVD experience to join the Neuro ICU unit. The RN will be responsible for providing critical care to patients with a variety of neurodiagnoses including cranis, brain tumor removal, ablations, brain biopsies, and complicated spine surgeries.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to Neuro ICU patients.
Maintain sterile fields and perform SIMs lab skills successfully.
Float between all ICU floors and Tele Units as required.
Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions.

Requirements:

BLS, ACLS certifications required.
2 years ICU experience in a large hospital (450+ beds) and Level 1 Trauma experience.
3-6 months of travel nursing experience.
Strong neuro assessment skills and ICP monitoring experience.
Willingness to comply with SIMs Lab requirements and pass/fail criteria.
