Our team works hard to create safe, welcoming spaces that clients love to call home. About the RoleAs a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing field operations during client projects. You will guide a team of support associates in executing tasks related to move planning, downsizing, packing, and organizing. You'll also serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel supported and respected throughout the process. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate team members during onsite projectsAct as a liaison between the client and Bluestar leadership during jobsAssist clients in sorting belongings and deciding what to keep, gift, donate, or discardSafely pack fragile and high-value items for transport or storageEnsure team adheres to safety and quality standards at all timesMonitor progress and delegate tasks to ensure project completion within timelinesResolve minor conflicts or client concerns in a calm, professional mannerModel compassionate, respectful, and client-centered service at all times Qualifications & RequirementsValid Driver's License and reliable transportationWilling to travel within Venice, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte countiesAble to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsPrevious experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage timelines and delegate effectivelyCalm, patient demeanor with a focus on client needsDemonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsPrior experience in senior services, moving, or customer care is a plus CompetenciesLeadership & AccountabilityClient Focus & CompassionAdaptability & InitiativeClear CommunicationConflict ResolutionTime ManagementTeam CollaborationIntegrity & Trust Additional NotesFlexible Scheduling: Projects may be assigned with short noticeVariable Hours: Daily time commitment ranges from 2 to 8 hours, depending on client needsPart-Time Opportunity: Ideal for individuals seeking flexible work with a meaningful impact
