As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You'll work alongside a team that values clinical excellence, compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients andestablishindividualized plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
• Accurately document patient care using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients, teammates, and referral partners.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care.
