Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility tasks for patients in an inpatient rehab setting. You’ll monitor and document patient progress, educate patients and families on home exercises and safety, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
