Job Details:

• Per Diem, Adult (18+) Primary Care, Outpatient Physician position covering the Thomaston and Litchfield area
• Clinic coverage available as needed on a per diem basis
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and flexible start and end times
• No call required
• EPIC EMR with Dragon and Ambient AI integration
• Fully integrated care model including Behavioral Health and Care Management
• Efficient workflows built for physician success
• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
