Event Sales Representative - Urgently Hiring - Ft. Myers/Bonita Springs, FL

About the Role Event Sales Representative responsible for interacting directly with homeowners at community events, festivals, and home shows across the area. The goal is to generate leads and appointments for the sales team while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities Engage homeowners and create event buzz to promote brand knowledge. Use qualifying sheets and scripts to answer questions and qualify leads. Adjust on‑site marketing and sales tactics based on current KPI targets. Set up, maintain, and operate branded booths and displays. Stand and interact continuously during events (up to 8 hours). Serve both weekdays and weekends, often evenings. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods up to 6 hours during events. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year(s) experience in sales, lead generation, or similar. Effective presentation skills in one‑on‑one, small, and large group settings. Fluency in a second language is an asset. Additional Job Requirements Availability for approximately 10–30 hours per week, including a minimum of two weekends per month. Reliable transportation within the designated region. Availability for evenings and weekends. What We Offer Paid training.
