Provide exceptional customer service
Verifying Insurance and completing detailed benefit breakdowns
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Collecting co-payments
Presenting treatment plans.

Skills:

Dental Front Office experience required
Working Knowledge of dental insurance
Experience presenting treatment plans
Excellent communication skills
