Dallas, TX Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits About Our Client Compliance Lead Our client is a growing owner and operator of critical infrastructure assets across the United States. With a strong focus on operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and long-term asset performanorganizationnization continues to expand its footprint while maintaining a robust compliance culture. As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking a Compliance Lead to support and enhance key regulatory compliance initiatives acrorganizationnization. This role offers broad exposure to business operations, cross-functional leadership teams, and evolving regulatory requirements within a complex operating environment. Position Overview The Compliance Lead will play an important role in the ongoing development and execution of the company's compliance program. This individual will partner with stakeholders across operational and corporate functions to identify risks, support regulatory obligations, monitor compliance activities, and promote a strong culture of ethics and accountability. This position is ideal for a proactive compliance professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building relationships acrorganizationnization, and helping drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls Monitor applicable regulatory developments and assess potential impacts to the business Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and periodic risk assessments Identify potential compliance risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies Partner with business and operational teams to address compliance-related matters Track compliance obligations, action items, and remediation efforts Assist with compliance reporting, documentatirecordkeepingdkeeping requirements Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives Investigate potential compliance issues and support corrective action planning when necessary Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, audit, risk management, or a related function Experience supporting compliance programs within a regulated industry Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management principles Expoorganizationsizations subFERC to FERC, NERC, or similar regulatory oversight is highly desirable Strong analorganizationalzational, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them within a business environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levelorganizationnization High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
