Bulldog Club Graduate Assistant

Position Title Bulldog Club Graduate Assistant Department Wingate University Advancement Reports to Bill Nash, Director of Athletic Foundation and Bulldog Club; Kasey Eastland, Associate Director Bulldog Club/ Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Communications Position Overview The Bulldog Club Graduate Assistant supports the daily operations of Wingate Athletics membership and fundraising program, the Bulldog Club. This role offers hands on experience in donor relations, event management, and athletics fundraising, working closely with both the Athletic Department and the Office of Advancement. Eligibility Requirements Admission to a Wingate University graduate program is required by the start date. Candidates do not need to be currently enrolled at Wingate to apply. Compensation and Benefits Tuition covered Monthly stipend Partial meal plan (specific allotment to be confirmed) Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week. Some evening and weekend hours required based on the athletics event schedule, particularly during football and basketball season. Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations and activities of the Bulldog Club Maintain organized, accurate records of gifts received for athletics Manage distribution of Bulldog Club member benefits according to membership level Coordinate apparel form distribution, tailoring forms to each membership level Communicate with members about upcoming hospitality events and initiatives Plan and execute football hospitality events, including catering coordination and member experience Support basketball hospitality for both women's and men's games, coordinating catering and activities Interact directly with Bulldog Club members and donors at events to build community and engagement Assist with preparation and execution of the Connell Golf Tournament and President's Cup Golf Tournament Work closely with the Office of Advancement and Director of Annual Giving on athletics annual campaigns using GiveCampus, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud Support the Champions Campaign, Wingate's month of giving for athletics Assist with the athletics Day of Giving Update content on the Bulldog Club website Use Salesforce to help build the Bulldog Bulletin Coordinate with the sports marketing team to promote Bulldog Club initiatives across online channels and media Work collaboratively across departments within Athletics and Advancement, fostering a team oriented approach Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Event planning and coordination experience Understanding of college athletics and donor relations Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule, especially during football and basketball season Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Self motivated with willingness to learn and take initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr Wingate University
