Job Responsibilities: Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members Active listening and conversation Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention Adhere to the facility's policies and standards Physical Demands Frequent walking and standing.
