Job Description

We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of patient health, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the medical team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure or certification relevant to the position.
• Completion of required health history and immunization forms.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and other background checks must be passed.
