Supply Chain Manager II, S&OP - Demand Planning, AMXL

Amazon Heavy & Bulky Logistics (AMXL) is seeking an experienced and motivated demand planner to join our last mile demand planning team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, moves quickly, and is eager to learn and grow with our business.Key job responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans for XLDS network.- Analyze trends, seasonality, and HVE impacts to optimize the plan allocation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including capacity management, OTR team, operations, data science and BIE team - Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.- Support new product launches with data-driven forecasting.- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.- Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews.- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A day in the lifeAmazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. We operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution — driving initiatives that optimize last mile capacity, improve delivery experience, and scale operations. Our team partners across AMXL operations, transportation, technology, and services to deliver programs that shape the future of last mile logistics for oversized items. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
