Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, relationship maintenance, and insurance sales. Responsibilities Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options. Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives. Sales of Insurance products offered Qualifications Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and listening skills. Licensed PC and Life preferred Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
