With over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea, we have become a leader in providing delicious and nutritious smoothies, snacks, and nutritional products.Overview:Afternoon/evening schedule during the week, some weekend shifts.Duties include but are not limited to:Move large/heavy equipment regularly to sweep/mop/cleanLift 50 lbs. overheadCleaning all glass: windows (interior/exterior), sneeze guards and drive-thru signOperating 3 Compartment Sink (Wash, Rinse, Sanitize)Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all dishesCollecting and taking all trash to dumpster - NO food can be left in trash bin inside overnightWashing trash cansWiping down all lobby tables/seating/straw holders/napkin holdersEnsuring prep is done for the next day (fruits/veggies/powders/juices/etc.)Rotating everything in fridges/freezers (strawberries, bananas, etc.)Sweeping/Mopping BOH, lobby, bathrooms, etc. (multiple times during shift)Picking up trash around the building, in the drive-thru lane, etc.Pulling out fridges/freezers, sweeping and mopping behind/under unitsKeeping restrooms clean (sinks, toilets, mirrors, etc.)Maintaining toilet paper and paper towel suppliesEnsuring mop bucket is dumped and clean (detailed)Draining sinks and wiping down black prep cartSweeping and mopping the entire storeCleaning the exterior of all fridge/freezer unitsWiping down the ice cream freezer and rolling tableStocking prep bar and back up coolerCompleting all dishes before leavingPutting away chemicals and ensuring no chemicals are left out frontKeeping front counters, swinging door, and detail sanitizer buckets cleanCleaning the office desk and mopping the officeDetailing W/R/S ice scoop + holder every nightCleaning the drain under FOH sprayer sinkDetail sprayer handle on sprayer sinkWash, rinse, sanitize red sanitizer buckets throughout shiftClean dipper well ensuring it does not get cloggedWiping down speed rail and tile walls FOHCleaning the sprayer sink and ice cream freezerWiping down all stainless surfaces, including handlesWhy should you apply?Employee discount on our delicious and nutritious productsPaid training to enhance your skillsOpportunity to work in a highly skilled and motivated teamLocation: Indianapolis, IN 9940 Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN 46236, USAIf you are ready to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting health and wellness, please apply now!
