Optigy in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Primary Care Physician for outpatient care at a new center opening May 2025. Base salary $270,000 with potential total compensation up to $324,000 plus full benefits. You will join a value-based care team with dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialists providing strong support and a home‑like patient experience. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
