Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Driving customer loyalty and retention, the full-time Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle communication programs, manage customer communication channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Build and implement lifecycle communication programs to improve onboarding, product adoption, and retention Partner with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys and develop scalable engagement programs Analyze data to optimize lifecycle performance and enhance customer engagement strategies Required qualifications BA/BS required; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or customer retention Proven ability to develop and execute lifecycle or retention strategies Experience with data analysis to inform marketing strategies Collaborative mindset with a track record of building partnerships across departments
