JOB SUMMARY:

• Initiates exercise as referred by a healthcare provider for physical rehabilitation services to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• CO or compact license

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of physical therapy experience
