The incoming physician will join a collaborative team supported by audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and a comprehensive network of medical and surgical specialists. Physicians benefit from substantial referral volume, limited regional competition, and the flexibility to shape their practice based on individual interests and expertise. Candidates with training or interest in the following specialties are encouraged to apply: Head and Neck Oncology, Otology / Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, Laryngology / Voice Disorders. The organization provides the patient demand and referral network necessary to establish and grow a successful subspecialty practice while maintaining a strong general ENT presence. The typical schedule consists of approximately three clinic days and two operating room days per week, although physicians have significant input regarding schedule design, patient volumes, and practice operations. Average clinic volume is 25 to 30 patients per day. Surgical procedures are performed in multiple surgical facilities. Physicians also have access to advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The physician will maintain a practice comprised of approximately 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty-focused care. Duties involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating both adult and pediatric ENT conditions. The physician will perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures within the scope of Otolaryngology. Collaboration with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialty physicians is essential to ensure coordinated patient care. The physician will maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record system. Participation in backup call responsibilities as assigned is required. The physician will support quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals. Contribution to the continued growth of the ENT program throughout the healthcare system is expected. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical and surgical expertise across the spectrum of General ENT care. There should be an ability to build and maintain a balanced General ENT and subspecialty practice. Interest or expertise in one or more specialty areas is highly desirable. Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build lasting patient relationships and referral partnerships. A commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient outcomes is required. The candidate should possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Proficiency with electronic medical record systems is preferred. Interest in practicing within an independent, physician-led culture that values autonomy and innovation is important.
