Qualifications SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum two (2) years of previous experience working in Banking industry required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required Ability to successfully complete systems training within 90 days required Strong verbal and written communication skills required Ability to demonstrate strong customer service, multi-tasking and flexibility skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required KEY COMPETENCIES: Essential Functions: Sitting for extended periods of time.
