Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Deliver patient-centered care in a 54-bed emergency department
• Manage patient ratios of 4:1 efficiently
• Coordinate care with a team of RNs, paramedics, and charge nurses
• Utilize Meditech EMR to document patient care

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• 1.5 years of ER experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
• Good prioritization and time management skills
• Preferred: 2+ years of ER experience and Meditech EHR experience
