Regional Director of Operations

We’re a growing dental group hiring a Regional Director of Operations to lead our pediatric offices across the greater Charlotte area. Our offices are where kids learn the dentist can actually be fun, and we need a director who keeps that experience running smoothly at every location.

What you’ll do:

• Direct operations for 5+ pediatric offices, with full accountability for regional performance
• Lead and coach office managers, setting clear expectations and working closely with our doctors
• Set goals for production, scheduling, collections, and patient experience, and drive results against them
• Build consistent standards and processes across the region, while respecting what already works in each office
• Partner with senior leadership on regional strategy, budgets, and growth

What you bring:

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership, ideally in dental or healthcare
• Experience owning a P&L across several locations
• Pediatric dental experience (strongly preferred)
• Comfort with regular travel between offices. You don’t need to live in Charlotte, but you should be within driving distance.
