Shipping Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting warehouse and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Location: Greenville, NC

Pay Range: $13.00 - $15.00 based on experience

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift (days and nights, including weekends and holidays)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and document outbound shipments in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• Ensure sales orders are accurately released and ship confirmed on schedule.

• Create parcel shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and other ground carrier systems.

• Prepare and review shipping paperwork to ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.

• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, yard personnel, warehouse staff, and cross-departmental teams to support efficient shipping operations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred.

• Experience working with WMS, ERP systems, or shipping software preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment with strict documentation and compliance requirements.

• Availability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
