Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapist, PT position available at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility located in Syracuse, NY. Applicants can expect competitive pay, flexible schedule, and collaboration with an excellent Rehab team. Duties:

Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality
Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
The PT assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability

Skills/Requirements:

Current New York State Physical Therapist licensure-new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
