ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

ACE Assistant Store ManagerThe ACE Assistant Store Manager will assist the ACE Store Director in establishing and maintaining genuine customer care, accountability for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDrives store sales by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer projects needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly.Controls shrink, expenses and labor.Ensures appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked.Assists in evaluating and reacting to performance issues.Assists Store Director in training and development of store team.Processes information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
