• At Chick-fil-A Hamilton & Wesley as a Team Leader you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful operation while having great influence on those around you. You will lead by example, uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards, and support a positive and productive team environment. Our Leaders are servant-hearted leaders who combine operational knowledge with emotional intelligence, bringing out the best in those around them.
• As the Director , you will serve as a senior leader in our restaurant, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all day parts and departments. Positioned above the Team Leader level, this role is central to maintaining high standards in food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience. You will be a key driver in building and leading high-performing teams while working closely with the Operator and other Directors to shape the strategic direction of the business.

• Team Leader ($17 - 20/hour) or Director ($23 - $26/hour) + Monthly Performance Bonus

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily shift operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow in both front and back of house
• Uphold and model Chick-fil-A’s core values of hospitality, integrity, excellence, and care
• Foster a team culture grounded in kindness, respect, and high character
• Execute excellent guest experiences by coaching team members in service, speed, and quality
• Respond to guest concerns or feedback with grace and professionalism, ensuring positive resolutions
• Support and develop team members through coaching, encouragement, and accountability
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant during your shift
• Manage breaks, team placement, and shift flow with strong situational awareness and adaptability in accordance to labor laws and business goals
• Demonstrate ownership mentality, taking initiative and solving problems proactively
• Potentially lead cash management, register counts, and other opening/closing procedures as assigned
• Communicate effectively with leadership and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with grit, positivity, and emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and potential holidays
• Demonstrates high character, integrity, and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Brings grit and resilience, thriving in both challenges and high-paced environments
• Approaches every shift with a cheerful, positive attitude and a heart for serving others
