Compensation and Benefits:

• We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $208,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend.
• Comprehensive benefits package including, providing new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, which continues to increase with tenure
• With a HPSA score of 21 you may qualify for various programs offering up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years.

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Medicine
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
