If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a career in manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to join a company that values teamwork, safety, and professional growth.Available Shifts✅ 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:15 PMWhat You'll DoAs a Flexo Press Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring high-quality products meet customer specifications.Responsibilities include:Supply equipment with raw materials to maintain production flowLoad materials accurately into machineryPerform quality checks and testing to meet customer requirementsInspect materials for defects, damage, and inconsistenciesEnter production data into the company system (APEX)Assist Press Operators with daily production activitiesOrganize and store materials in designated racking areasMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSafely operate powered industrial trucks and other equipmentFollow all company safety procedures and policiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schedules, and manualsBasic computer skills and willingness to learn new systemsStrong work ethic and team-oriented attitudePreferred Qualifications:Manufacturing or production experiencePowered industrial truck/forklift experienceExperience working in printing, flexographic, or industrial environmentsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materialsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shiftMust be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionallyWhy Join Us?⭐ Stable full-time opportunity⭐ Clean and safety-focused work environment⭐ Team-oriented culture⭐ On-the-job training provided⭐ Opportunities for advancement and skill developmentApply Today!If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow your career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
