Physical Therapy Manager (Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Compensation/Bonus Package and much more!) We are currently hiring for a full-time Physical Therapy Manager to lead a dynamic outpatient physical therapy team. This Physical Therapy Manager role offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership, driving both patient outcomes and operational success in a collaborative orthopedic environment. You’ll work closely with physicians and clinic staff while managing day-to-day operations, staffing, and performance initiatives. This is an ideal role for an experienced Physical Therapist ready to step into leadership or continue growing in a management position. Position Details: Leadership role with clinical involvement Established, physician-owned orthopedic group Monday–Friday schedule Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan Growth and advancement opportunities -Active Physical Therapist License (currently licensed in PA or eligible) -1+ years of Physical Therapy Leadership/Management experience.
