OPEN POSITION: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care SCHEDULE: - Full-Time, 4-Day and 5-Day Options - Part-Time, Negotiable Options - Monday to Friday - 8-Hour and 10-Hour Shifts Available - No Evenings - No Weekends - No Holidays - No On-Call FULL-TIME COMPENSATION: - $135,000 to $190,000 Annual Income - $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience - Monthly Bonuses, $2,000 to $5,000 per Month - Loan Forgiveness Program - Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Paid Time Off Package - $2,500 Annual CME Allowance - License / DEA Fee Reimbursement - 403b Retirement Plan w/ Employer Match LOCATION: Congress, Arizona COMPANY PROFILE: This multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care. They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor procedures, and more. POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is an outpatient primary care role in a rural health clinic, seeing patients of all ages. Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule. All work is within the area of standard primary care: - annual check-ups - follow-up visits - physicals - chronic disease management - minor sick / injury visits The practice uses an EHR.
