We are looking for our next incredible members of Back of House!
At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House member position is more than just a job; its an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent owner/operator, Back of House members gain experience that goes far beyond serving an excellent product in a pleasant environment. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to all guests they serve each day and ensuring everyone receives Chick-fil-As unique service and food.
Position Type: Full-time and part-time

- Initial compensation determined based on a combination of relevant work experience, weekly availability, and restaurant operational needs
Responsibilities of Back of House Team Members:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food preparation.
- Restock kitchen inventory as needed.
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times.
- Stay current with new Chick-fil-A product launches.
- Work safely around the kitchen team and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes.
- Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Reading, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to handle all types of equipment, pans, pots, and navigate high and low shelves.
- Work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Consistency and reliability.
- Cheerful and positive attitude.
- Loves to serve and help others.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask.
