License: Current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact
Certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an approved equivalent

Must-Have:
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice, typically obtained through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of adult patient populations

Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care primarily to an adult population.
The nursing unit specializes in caring for patients after Peripheral Vascular Surgery, Colorectal Surgeries, General Abdominal Surgeries, Urologic Surgeries, and Surgical Oncologic Interventions.
