Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid licenses as both a social worker and a school social worker in Minnesota
• Experience facilitating group sessions and providing one-on-one support to students and families
• Ability to work collaboratively in school teams and participate in school initiatives
• Skilled at building rapport with students, families, and staff
• Previous experience serving K-12 populations considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate student groups to foster social and emotional learning
• Meet individually with students and families for counseling, support, and resource coordination
