The Role As a member of our grill crew, you will cook all grilled items and rice using the flat‑top grill in the front of house. Your responsibilities include keeping your station spotless, ensuring it is stocked, and collaborating with the front‑of‑house crew to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Follow food safety practices and instructions from the Leadership Team. Communicate any food issues or delays to a Leadership Team member. Maintain a clean work station, including grill, equipment, tables, and shelves. Safely and efficiently use knives, tools, and equipment to prepare grill and rice items. Apply portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within projected range. Multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Open and close the grill station according to restaurant standards. Actively communicate with Leadership Team, dish, and line crew members. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts.
