Outside Plant Engineer

Overview Job Title: Outside Plant Engineer Join our Butler America team as an Outside Plant Engineer and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our telecommunications network infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our outside plant facilities, including fiber optic cables and conduit systems. Responsibilities Design and engineer outside plant infrastructure. Manage projects from conception to completion. Conduct field surveys and assessments. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Maintain documentation and as-built drawings. Qualifications Engineer must live in Indiana. Engineer must have prior CenturyLink, Lumen or Brightspeed experience. Engineer must have prior experiencewith Roadmoves, BAU work, Damage Claim work. Engineer must have prior experience with site visits and surveys. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 3 years of experience in outside plant engineering. Proficiency in CAD software.
