Responsabilidades esenciales del puesto
- Preparar y cocinar los productos del menú siguiendo las recetas, estándares de temperatura y estándares de calidad de Swensons.
- Mantener puntualidad y flexibilidad con los horarios de trabajo.
- Garantizar que la temperatura, el empaque, la apariencia, la presentación y el servicio de todos los productos del menú cumplan con los estándares operativos.
- Brindar un servicio rápido y amable tanto a los clientes como a los miembros del equipo en todo momento.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad de Swensons.
- Promover y seguir los valores fundamentales y la misión de Swensons en todo momento.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto según sea necesario, incluyendo labores de limpieza y capacitación cruzada en diferentes áreas.

Requisitos físicos y cumplimiento de ADA
- Exposición a temperaturas extremas debido a las condiciones climáticas variables dentro y fuera del restaurante.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie y mantener movilidad constante, incluyendo agacharse, inclinarse, caminar, mezclar ingredientes y levantar objetos para realizar tareas físicas relacionadas con el puesto durante hasta diez (10) horas.
- Capacidad para responder de manera segura en situaciones de emergencia para evitar riesgos inmediatos para sí mismo y para otros.
- Capacidad para transportar de manera segura hasta 30 libras repetidamente durante el turno.
- Capacidad para operar de forma segura licuadoras, máquinas de bebidas congeladas, parrillas, freidoras y otros equipos de cocina según sea necesario.
- Capacidad para colocar platos, utensilios, bandejas y cajas de manera segura en estantes altos y bajos.
- Capacidad para trabajar frecuentemente y durante períodos prolongados en ambientes calientes y húmedos.
- Capacidad para trabajar frecuentemente y durante períodos prolongados en ambientes con temperaturas inferiores a 40 °ree;F (4 °ree;C).
- Destreza manual y coordinación de dedos y manos para utilizar herramientas y equipos pequeños.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma segura en entornos con pisos mojados, temperaturas extremas y niveles elevados de ruido.
- Capacidad para leer, escribir, comunicarse verbalmente y escuchar atentamente a empleados, clientes, proveedores y visitantes.
- Capacidad para llegar puntualmente a cada turno programado y trabajar durante toda la jornada (excepto los descansos requeridos por ley), de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas del restaurante.
- Capacidad para notificar con anticipación adecuada cualquier necesidad de modificar o ausentarse de un turno programado al gerente correspondiente.
- Tener al menos 16 años de edad (los menores de 18 años requieren permiso de trabajo).
- Tener autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos y poder proporcionar documentación comprobatoria.

- Utilizar, operar y mantener de forma segura los equipos del restaurante, incluyendo, entre otros, parrillas, congeladores y otros equipos de cocina.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana.
