Medical Assistant ISeeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant I to support clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced physician practice. You will assist providers with patient care, perform routine procedures, and ensure smooth patient flow.Key Responsibilities:Room patients, take vitals, and document information in the EHRAssist with exams, procedures, phlebotomy, and specimen collectionAdminister injections and immunizations per provider ordersPrepare exam rooms, maintain supplies, and support infection controlPerform administrative tasks such as scheduling, referrals, and managing provider inboxParticipate in quality improvement and care coordination effortsRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentGraduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA)BLS certification through the American Heart AssociationStrong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skillsJob Type: Full-Time Location: Needham, MassachusettsPay: $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:Day shiftMonday to Friday
