Benefits Sign on bonus Student loan paydown up to $50,000 off your student loans 90% employer paid health insurance 100% employer paid dental, vision, long‑term disability and life insurance for every eligible employee Supplemental insurance with MetLife 401(k) match Paid time off 6 paid holidays Bonus opportunities Responsibilities Direct all aspects of clinical operations under the direction of the Regional Director Oversee clinical governance, activities and patient care services Supervise and train staff while planning and overseeing all patient care Maintain an active patient load and provide leadership to clinic staff Direct physical therapy services by developing strategic objectives to manage clinic effectiveness and productivity Establish, enforce and maintain acceptable professional and ethical standards of the clinical staff Coordinate and direct patient care in the facility according to FYZICAL’s adopted policies and procedures and state and federal regulations Drive and support the team to retain and strengthen clinics while reinforcing culture through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to patients and clinic staff Qualifications Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) State license to practice and any additional requirements by the state Computer proficiency
