HR Generalist: Benefits, Onboarding & Union Support
HR Jobs
HR Jobs is seeking an Human Resources Generalist in Syracuse, NY. The role provides operational and strategic HR support, serves as the primary contact for benefits, onboarding, and policy implementation, and ensures compliance with OCC and SUNY requirements.
The position requires a BA in a relevant field, at least 3 years in HR, and experience with HRIS/ATS, union environments, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and retirement options.
